Cannot Be Contained, a worship band based out of Church On The Rock - Calera, AL, was birthed by a love of a God that is bigger than any one song, any one word, or any one chord. We believe God gave us our songs to help others see that He has to be their everything. Our goal is to glorify Jesus and show His love to everyone.
